How much does a trademark cost?
The price depends on the trademark — from 100,000 to 1,500,000 rubles. Some trademarks have a negotiable price (discussed with the seller). Affiliate commission is 10–30% of the trademark price.
How long does the rights transfer take?
Rights transfer takes 2–3 weeks. Includes: signing the alienation agreement, registering the transfer with Rospatent, receiving a new certificate.
What is MKTU?
MKTU is the International Classification of Goods and Services. It contains 45 classes: 1–34 for goods, 35–45 for services. For example, class 25 — clothing, footwear, headwear; class 35 — advertising and business.
Is it safe to buy a ready trademark?
Yes, it is safe. All trademarks on iznaki.ru have a valid registration with Rospatent (FIPS). Before buying, you can verify the trademark in the official FIPS registry — the link is in every listing. The rights transfer is formalized by an alienation agreement registered with Rospatent.
What documents are needed for purchase?
To purchase you need: a passport (for individuals) or constituent documents (for legal entities), an alienation agreement for the exclusive right, an application for registration of the rights transfer with Rospatent. The seller provides the trademark registration certificate.
Can I verify the trademark in Rospatent?
Yes, every trademark on iznaki.ru can be verified in the official FIPS registry (Rospatent). The trademark card has a "Verify in Rospatent" link — it leads to the certificate page with full information: registration date, validity period, MKTU classes, owner.
What if the trademark is already sold?
If the trademark is already sold, it is automatically hidden from the catalog. If you started negotiations — the seller will inform you about the sale. You can choose another trademark from the 730+ in the catalog or leave a request for a trademark search according to your requirements.
How to formalize the deal?
The deal is formalized in 4 steps: 1) Agreement with the seller on price and terms. 2) Signing the alienation agreement for the exclusive right (can be done remotely, via EDI). 3) Filing an application with Rospatent to register the rights transfer. 4) Receiving a new certificate in your name (2–3 weeks).
Can I sell my trademark?
Yes, you can list your trademark on iznaki.ru. Registration is free (Basic plan). Up to 10 trademarks — Advanced plan (4,900 ₽/mo). Unlimited listings — Premium plan (14,900 ₽/mo). You receive requests from buyers directly.
Which MKTU classes are most in demand?
Most in demand: class 25 (clothing, footwear) — for marketplaces; class 35 (advertising, business) — for services; class 9 (electronics, software) — for IT; class 30 (food products); classes 32–33 (beverages, alcohol). For Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, class 25 or 35 is usually needed.
